What happens when you take a nice 2 hour nap on a Sunday afternoon? This:
Kayla was bored and did "makeovers" on the kids and did a photo shoot. Love it, love it, except my boy has mascara on!!!! I know he has the most amazing killer lashes, but makeup on my boy is a HUGE no no!!!
And here's a picture of the finished room! Painted, and cleaned up and with new carpet. Still have to find some sort of window treatment, but what a relief to have it done! :)

Your daughter is so creative with her "skills!" You have cute kids. Your room is a pretty color that I wouldn't ever imagine you using. You go girl!
Love the color of the walls and the bedspread. What a difference for you. It will all look wonderful! Let's see the new carpet and tile in the family room. Love you guys.
